Terms and Conditions
- All selected song entries will be required for performance at the semi-finals on 5 February 2010. Similarly, selected finalists will be required to perform at the finals on 5 March 2010. Failure to perform will be treated as a forfeiture and will not be entitled to any certification or awards.

No royalty will be accorded to the original composers and/or song writers if the song is selected to be performed during Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games (Singapore 2010 YOG) related events or produced in a song album (in the event that a decision is made to produce an album).
- If the winning song is selected to be performed, the organisers reserve the right to engage performers, other than the original performers, for recording and future performance. Nevertheless, due credit will be accorded to the original composers, song writers and performing team.
- The organisers reserve the right to use all submitted song entries for Singapore 2010 YOG-related publicity through online and/or printed media. Non-winning songs may also be used for Singapore 2010 YOG-related publicity.
